When you choose to use an AI video or image feature, you may upload, select, or provide photos, videos, text prompts, style instructions, project settings, and other content needed to generate the requested result.
Selected content is processed only to provide the feature requested by the user. We do not use uploaded content to identify users, authenticate users, or create persistent biometric identification profiles.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any photo, video, audio, likeness, text, or other content that you provide.
2.2 Generated Content
We process generated images, videos, previews, project files, and related results so that they can be displayed, downloaded, saved, or shared by the user.
Uploaded media, temporary processing files, and generated results may be temporarily stored while the requested operation is completed and the result is delivered.
2.3 Device and App Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including device type and operating-system version, app version and language settings, app interactions and features used, crash logs and diagnostic information, and network and performance information.
This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.

VisionForge AI Video may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play, Apple, or another applicable platform provider. We do not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account information.
We may receive transaction identifiers, purchased-product information, purchase status, and subscription status to verify purchases and provide premium features.

If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message content, attachments, and other information needed to respond to your request.
Depending on the features you use, VisionForge AI Video may request access to photos and videos, camera, storage, microphone, and notifications.
Photos and videos are used to let you select media for AI generation or editing and save generated results. Camera and microphone access are used only when you choose to capture media inside the app. Notifications may be used to provide service-related updates, such as generation-status notifications.
Permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
We use collected information to provide AI video generation and editing features requested by users, upload selected content for AI processing, generate and return results, maintain and improve app performance, diagnose crashes and technical problems, validate purchases and subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When you use AI generation or editing features, the content and instructions you select may be securely transmitted to AI processing providers, cloud hosting providers, or temporary storage providers that help generate the requested result.
The user must actively select content or enter prompts and initiate the generation or editing operation. VisionForge AI Video does not secretly capture or upload photos, videos, audio, or other media in the background without an action initiated by the user.
Selected content is used only to perform the requested operation, deliver the generated result, protect the security of the service, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or unexpected. Users should review generated content before saving, publishing, or sharing it.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate the app, including AI processing providers, cloud hosting or temporary storage providers, analytics or crash-reporting providers, platform providers used to process purchases, and legal authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.
These providers may process information only for the purpose of providing their services and are required to protect it according to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Uploaded content, temporary processing files, and generated results are retained only for the time needed to complete the requested operation and deliver the result.
Uploaded content, temporary processing files, and generated results are automatically deleted from our active systems within 24 hours after processing is completed, unless a longer period is required to provide a feature you requested, resolve support issues, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
Crash logs and technical diagnostic information may be retained for up to 90 days. Purchase and subscription records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with accounting or legal obligations. Support communications may be retained for up to 12 months after a request is resolved, unless longer retention is required by law.
